Please submit a ticket in order for one of our Support Staff Associates to view and respond to your support requests in a timely manner. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Please include Match ID when disputing or reporting issues with matches, Transaction ID provided by PayPal in event there are issues with your payment processing, and username or Team ID in event there is an issues with either profile or team creation/management. Valid proof must be provided for all match disputes! Link the proof you have or upload it as an attachment (maximum filesize 64mb).
